About Haddenham Youth Club

Welcome to the Haddenham Youth Club Registration Website.

This website provides information about the club, upcoming activities and events, and allows parents and guardians to register and manage membership details.

Who Can Attend?

Haddenham Youth Club is open to young people of secondary school age.

Sessions take place every Thursday during Buckinghamshire school term time from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Please note that Buckinghamshire term dates may differ from neighbouring counties such as Oxfordshire.

Attendance and Registration

Attendance is currently free of charge, thanks to funding provided by Buckinghamshire Council and Haddenham Parish Council.

All young people must be registered before attending and are required to sign in on arrival at each session.

The club operates as a drop-in session, meaning young people may arrive and leave at any time between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Parents and guardians should make appropriate arrangements regarding travel and collection. We ask all young people to sign out before leaving, particularly if they are leaving before the end of the session.

Activities and Supervision

We make use of the school hall, playground and playing fields, providing a range of indoor and outdoor activities throughout the year.

As other groups may also be using the site, we ask all members to respect other users and remain within areas designated by the youth leaders. Young people must only take part in activities that are supervised by youth club staff and volunteers.

Staffing and Volunteers

The club is led by David Rollins, supported by a team of DBS-checked volunteers.

If you have any questions about the club, activities, registration or safeguarding, please speak to a youth leader or one of the club organisers.

Parent and Guardian Support

To help us maintain safe staffing levels and continue offering a wide range of activities, we ask each family to support the club by volunteering for one session per year where possible.

Many parents find this a great opportunity to see the club in action, meet other families and support the young people. Full guidance and support will be provided.
